By accessing our website, requesting a quote, booking a cleaning, or otherwise engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the website and our services.

2. Description of Services

green sweep is a locally owned, eco-friendly residential and commercial cleaning company serving Albuquerque, Santa Fe, Rio Rancho, Corrales, Los Lunas, Placitas, Tijeras, Cedar Crest, and surrounding areas in New Mexico. Our services include recurring maid services, deep house cleaning, move in/out cleaning, office and commercial cleaning, apartment cleaning, custom cleaning, and gift cards. Customers may request quotes and book cleanings online through our website or by phone.

Quotes and estimates are based on the information you provide about your property size, condition, and service requirements. Final pricing, deposits, cancellation, and rescheduling policies are provided at the time of booking. green sweep provides all plant-based cleaning solutions, microfiber supplies, and HEPA filtration vacuums unless custom products are specifically agreed upon in advance.

3. User Responsibilities

To help us deliver safe and effective service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete contact and property information when requesting a quote or booking a cleaning.
• Provide safe and reasonable access to your home or office for the duration of the scheduled service, including any necessary keys, lockbox codes, gate codes, or parking instructions.
• Secure valuables, sensitive documents, and irreplaceable items before our team arrives. green sweep is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or damaged items that were not disclosed or secured.
• Inform us in advance about pets present on the property, including any special instructions for their care or containment during service.
• Disclose any special conditions, hazards, or surface care requirements (such as delicate finishes, allergies, or areas to avoid) before cleaning begins.

You agree to use the green sweep website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict the use of, the website by any third party. You agree not to:

• Use the website in any way that violates applicable federal, state, or local laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website, its systems, or networks, or to interfere with its security or operation.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through our contact or booking forms.
• Use any automated system, software, or device to extract data from or otherwise interfere with the website.

5. Payments & Billing

Payment for cleaning services is due as agreed at the time of booking and at the completion of each service visit. We accept major credit cards and electronic payment methods. Pricing, deposits, cancellation, and rescheduling policies are provided to you at the time of booking, and those details govern your specific service agreement.

Recurring clients may maintain a payment method securely on file for automatic post-service billing. Gift cards are subject to their stated terms and conditions and may be applied toward eligible services. Disputed charges should be reported to our office promptly so we can investigate and resolve them.

7. Intellectual Property

The green sweep website, including its text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, software, and overall look and feel, is the property of GREEN SWEEP, LLC and is protected by United States copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the website without our prior written consent. The green sweep website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GREEN SWEEP, LLC and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the website or our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to a cleaning service is limited to the amount you paid for that specific service. green sweep is fully bonded and insured; in the unlikely event of property damage or breakage caused by our personnel, you must report the issue within 24 hours of service, and our liability is limited to the repair or replacement value of the damaged item as covered by our commercial liability policy.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GREEN SWEEP, LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the website, your violation of applicable law, or your inaccurate or incomplete information provided in connection with our services.

11. Termination

green sweep may suspend or terminate your access to the website or discontinue services at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification — shall remain in effect.

These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising from them, the website, or our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that the exclusive venue for any action arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be the state and federal courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
